Delivering Excellence

Delivering Brisbane's world-class Entertainment Centre

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre located at Boondall, is Queensland's largest indoor arena with a seated capacity of around 11,000 for sports such as basketball and netball.

Construction started in January 1984 and the multi-purpose complex was completed well ahead of schedule on 20 December 1985.

The official opening event was held on Thursday, 20 February 1986, with British ice dancers Torvill and Dean christening the rink.

In 2012 the Brisbane Entertainment Centre was ranked the No.1 Venue in the World in the 10,001-15,000 capacity category in Venues Today’s Top 10 Worldwide “Top Stops”, beating O2 World Hamburg, Vector Arena, Auckland and the Sydney Entertainment Centre. This project was only the beginning of the very long list of stadiums and venues our company has now delivered - including some of the country's most iconic sporting grounds.
