In 1996, the company's Refurbishments Division completed the redevelopment of the landmark Wintergarden retail centre in the Queen Street Mall, Brisbane, Stage 1 of the Admiralty Towers residential complex in the Brisbane CBD and commenced work on Stage 2.
BESIX Watpac's latest achievements include the distinctive Jubilee Place in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, Poly Centre in Sydney and Wurriki Nyal Civil Precinct in Geelong. Adelaide’s iconic GPO Hotel Mariott refurbishment is currently under construction.
