A turning point for NSW - winning the landmark One Central Park project
The construction division achieved several high-profile successes throughout the year, including the award of the $597 million One Central Park, Park Lane and The Mark retail and residential project in Sydney, our largest construction project at the time. This project was part of a $2 billion master-planned precinct in downtown Sydney that redefined urban living and included the internationally acclaimed and multi-award winning One Central Park. This tower is wrapped in vertical gardens and has been recognised as one of the top skyscrapers in the world. Other significant projects awarded include the La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science, the Adelaide Airport Landside Infrastructure Project, the Melbourne Park Redevelopment Eastern Plaza works, the Advanced Engineering Building at UQ and the Single LEAP – Stage 2 works.
